Diagnostic on week one. A weekly hour, plus a fifteen‑minute home routine you’ll actually keep. Most students stop noticing the pain around week four.

Pranayama‑weighted. We work the breath until the noise floor drops. Sleep usually arrives before the calm does — both come.

Evening sessions. Yoga Nidra, restorative shapes, breath held longer than feels natural. The point is the parasympathetic. The shape is the vehicle.

Nadi Shodhana, Ujjayi, Kapalabhati, Bhastrika — sequenced, counted, named. Suitable for students with two years of consistent asana practice.
